The dark and shoegaze noise of Lunacy releases new album out October 24th, watch the video for the single ‘Perception’

Here’s another quick feature write up.  I’ve been busy so these write-ups are like bursts of words.

So a couple of days ago, I was watching a Youtube video about shoegaze music, which was freely defined as the center between noise and ethereal post-punk (Cocteau Twins).  The new single by Pennslyvania’s Lunacy would probably shift towards noise, psychedelia and a wall of sound sort of resembling Killing Joke unintentional or not.  Its the timeline of post-punk and shoegaze inverted and that’s fine with me.

Anyhow, watch the video for the single ‘Perception’ below.  It’s from the upcoming new album “Age of Truth”.  The album was recorded in The Dustbin in rural Pennsylvania and was mixed by Connor Clasen (IXVLF) and mastered by Oliver Ackermann (A Place To Bury Strangers).

The album “Age of Truth” is set to be released on November 22nd via Third Coming Records.
