Members from 8 Italian shoegaze bands reinterpret UK cult band My Vitriol song “Under The Wheels” – watch here!

Born in 2016 from an idea of Davide De Polo (Depo), a DJ and musician well known in Milan’s alternative scene since the early 90’s (founder of bands Soon and Mystic Morning, and of The Persuaders DJset duo), In a State of Flux is an independent touring festival devoted to the growing Italogaze scene.

In 2020 and with Fest halted due to the Covid-19 pandemic, members from the participating bands (Clustersun, In Her Eye, Elizabeth The Second, The Mystic Morning, Novanta, Rev Rev Rev, Stella Diana, We Melt Chocolate) joined forces to realize a version of “Under The Wheels” from My Vitriol, a band consensus wise, shared love for.

Each player from their home contributed to the vibe of the original song through their own style.  It is released under the collective In A State Of Flux.

The track was mixed by Ben Moro (Elizabeth The Second) and mastered by Filippo Galvanelli (Hypnoise Recording Studio).
